Ergolover: Usage Instructions and Ergonomic Tips

Before you begin using the Ergolover ergonomic chair, it is recommended to familiarize yourself with its features.

Follow the steps below to adjust the chair for maximum comfort:

Step 1: Position the chair upright.

Step 2: Adjust the seat height.
Lift the front lever located on the right side to enable height adjustment.
Release the lever to lock the seat at your desired height.

Ensure that your feet rest flat on the floor or a footrest, with your knees at or below the level of your hips.

Step 3: Adjust the seat depth.
Sit with your back fully against the chair.
Pull up the lever on the right side (opposite to the height adjustment lever) and use your body to shift the seat to your preferred position.
Release the lever to lock the seat in place.
Ergonomic tips:
Maintain a small gap (2 to 3 cm) between the back of your knees and the front of the seat to provide proper support for your back while keeping your feet comfortably on the ground.

Step 4: Adjust the lumbar support height.
Rotate the lumbar support clockwise until it reaches the desired height.
Ergonomic tips:
Ensure adequate support for your lower back (lumbar region) to enhance comfort and alleviate back pain.

Step 5: Adjust the lumbar support tension.
Rotate the shafts located at the back of the chair clockwise to increase tension, or counterclockwise to decrease tension.
Ergonomic tips:
The lumbar support should fit snugly into the natural curve of your lower back.

Step 6: Adjust the armrests.
Height adjustment:
Flip up the handles on the sides of the chair frame to adjust the height of the armrests.
Flip down the handles to lock them at the desired height.
Depth adjustment:
Slide the armrests forward or backward.
Width adjustment:
Slide the armrests left or right.
Ergonomic tips:
Keep your forearms parallel to the ground to relax your shoulders.
Adjust the armrests to support various arm placements and movements, relieving pressure and strain on your shoulders and upper back.

Step 7: Adjust the headrest.
Pull the headrest vertically to adjust its height.
Tilt the surface of the headrest to find the desired angle.
Ergonomic tips:
Ensure that your head and neck are comfortably supported by the headrest, and the top of your monitor is at or slightly below eye level.

Step 8: Adjust the recline position.
Recline lock:
Push down the lever located on the left side to unlock the recline position.
Lean back to find your desired position.
Pull up the lever again to lock the chair in place.
Note: t will remain locked in the chosen position until you press down the lever and lean back again.

Recline tension adjustment:
Keep the recline unlocked and adjust the tension by turning the round knob underneath the seat.
Lean back to find the tension that suits your weight.
Please ensure that the backrest is in the upright position to enable tension adjustment.
