Return Policy

We have outlined the following simple steps for processing your return:

Initiate a return request using this form. Please ensure you have your order number ready.
Schedule a FREE doorstep collection with us. Upon receiving your request, we will contact you to arrange the collection.
Prepare the returning items. If the chair(s) have been assembled, please carefully disassemble them completely and place them back in their original packaging.
Receive the refund.


Terms & Conditions:
You have up to 30 calendar days to return your product from the date you received it, based on our tracking records.

Eligibility for return:
Chair(s) must be placed back into their original packaging, in intact condition.
Chair(s) must be in excellent condition.
There must be no missing parts.


Damage fees:
Up to 30% of the purchase value or product value.
The amount will be determined after inspecting the condition of the returned goods, overall packaging condition, and any other parts related to the product(s).
Please note that refunds can only be remitted to a local bank account where the Bank Account Holder name is the same as the Billing Contact filled in when placing the order. Please allow up to five (5) business days for Ergolover to process the refund to your bank account after receiving this information.

Returns for products purchased from marketplaces:
This returns policy only applies to products purchased through our online store.
Products purchased from online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Shopee, and Lazada are subject to the returns policies specified on the respective marketplaces.

Assembly service fee:
The assembly service fee is not refundable.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please be aware that all refund and return decisions by Ergolover are final. You are responsible for properly packing your returned products. We are not liable for any returns that are damaged. While we'll be sad to see you go, if you do need to return your product, please send us your invoice number and product details via this form. We will respond as soon as possible with instructions for returning your chair.

Date of Reception:
The date you received your package is the delivery date defined in the transporter's delivery tracking system.
